Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and realization of benefits.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and techniques to all levels of the organization.
• Mentor and coach employees in problem-solving methodologies and CI principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the manufacturing facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and problem-solving methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in project management, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management

Bonus Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
• Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Training Within Industry (TWI) programs.
