Requisition

• Responsible for leading supply/demand teams as well as sales and operations planning process for entire global business
• Collaborate with process partners across sales, merchandising, finance, marketing and sourcing to determine strategy and process for supply planning, product fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Execute strategic direction and tactical plans for production planning, deployment, demand planning, and sales and operation planning
• Lead Continuous Improvement and process standardization initiatives
• Work closely with manufacturing, sourcing and customer fulfillment organizations to align on necessary actions to balance customer service metrics, cost targets, and inventory levels.
• Reports to Vice President / General Manager of overall business
• Serve as a key member of global leadership team

• Ability to lead large teams
• Develop, align, and execute a vision and strategy across multiple functions
• Enterprise thinking and decision-making, sometimes with limited data
• Strong communication skills and capable of influencing effectively at all levels
• Manage conflict across functional teams
• Experience in assessing and developing an organization

• Minimum 8+ years in supply chain management or operations management
• Supply Chain / Demand Planning field preferred
