Customer Service Representative; CSR

As a CSR, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Appliance on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and scheduling appointments. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Scheduling calls and building routes
• Return customer calls, and respond to customer questions
• Perform other duties as needed

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Team player who can work independently

Compensation: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
