We’re hiring a Physical Therapist I to provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services aimed at restoring function and preventing disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders. The role requires adherence to Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy and state/federal regulations.

• Provide patient assessment, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress.
• Deliver hands‑on therapy and educate patients on home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Bachelor, Master, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current Basic Cardiopulmonary Life Support (BCLS) certificate, obtained upon hire and renewed as required.
