At Savoy, we’re looking for an Account Executive to promote and distribute our general agency products and services to the brokerage community. In this role, you’ll focus on building strong relationships with brokers, driving new business, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and service excellence. This is a production role with sales goals and metrics.
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing our business and supporting brokers. You’ll introduce Savoy’s services to new and existing brokers, helping them understand how our expertise and resources can make a difference. You’ll host webinars, provide training, and share insights to help brokers grow their business. By staying informed about industry trends and maintaining strong relationships, you’ll ensure brokers see Savoy as their trusted partner.
You'll Make An Impact
- Drive new business and meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
- Host webinars and provide training to brokers and their teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with brokers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4 – 5 years of group benefits experience.
- Life/Health licensed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
