As a Lube Technician, you'll be the first line of defense in maintaining the health and performance of Ford and Lincoln vehicles. You'll perform essential maintenance services with precision and care, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and replace oil filters according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect and top off fluid levels (brake, power steering, coolant, windshield washer)
- Rotate and inspect tires; check and adjust tire pressure
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
- Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to dealership safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive tools
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience or technical training preferred but not required
