Xtreme Powerline Construction Inc. is a leading Michigan-based electrical distribution utility contractor, recognized for delivering innovative and reliable infrastructure solutions. We partner with Aecon Utilities Inc. to provide large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction services across the U.S. and Canada. ExecutiveSupport Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the President of a fast-growing, multi-state utility contracting business. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a company that is expanding rapidly and diversifying into new work streams across the United States. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, managing complex calendars, ensuring priorities are handled seamlessly, and maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
You’ll anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and contribute directly to the success of a rapidly scaling organization.
- Manage dynamic calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the President.
- Coordinate logistics for business and personal commitments, including detailed travel briefs.
- Serve as the first point of contact, screening calls, emails, and requests with professionalism.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Assist with client pricing submissions and business documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications and decisions.
- Support clerical tasks, including managing spreadsheets and inputting items into accounting software.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, client engagements, and events.
- Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Handle personal errands and tasks that support the President’s productivity and well-being.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Quick Books and advanced Excel skills (asset).
