This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonalds USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonalds logos and food products, for example, when running the restaurant. However, this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonalds USA. As a Crew Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by greeting our customers with a smile, ensuring a memorable visit, delivering high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Crew members are expected to work in several workstations and areas of the restaurant and complete different cleaning tasks in each area.

Areas include drive-thru, front counter, production, dining room, restrooms, parking lot, and other areas within the restaurant or areas that are considered company property.

In addition to following company policies and procedures, main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Contribute to a Safe Respectful Workplace - practice respectful communication with co-workers and customers.
• Customer Service regardless of station, greet customers in a friendly manner, follow McDonalds procedures for customer satisfaction.
• Food Preparation and Cooking — prepare and present food items following McDonalds procedures and standards, prioritizing food safety.
• Safety Compliance — maintain a safe environment for both crew and customers by following McDonalds procedures to prevent work accidents.
• Cleaning and Sanitization — keep the restaurant and customer areas clean.
• Teamwork — report to work on time, perform at your best, and help co-workers to meet restaurant goals.
• Dependability — listen and follow directions, report to work on time, and be consistent.
• Appearance — follow the company appearance policy.
• Adaptability — learn to operate other workstations and adapt quickly to change.
• Upselling and Promotion — recommend menu items and encourage customer use of surveys and the McDonald app.
• Stocking and Inventory — keep the restaurant well stocked for efficient operations.

• Has a can-do attitude, sense of optimism, ownership, and commitment towards responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service, including communication skills and a friendly attitude.

• Can excel in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
