We are seeking a Strategic Management Consultant to support professional services engagement for Defense and Security Sector Clients. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in strategic planning and management consulting.

Provide services and support as a Strategic Performance Management consultant in the Defense and Security Industry Sector, focusing on Management and Operations Solutions for clients such as the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD).

Provide defense and security-related Management and Operations Solutions for Strategic Performance Management Services. Leads the development and implementation of the strategic plan, aligning with NSWC PHD and DoD priorities.

Desired qualifications include experience in strategic planning and management consulting, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in strategic consulting. Required skills include strategic thinking, project management, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
