Resident Support Technician

Port Hueneme, California (In-Person)

• Full Time: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Full Time: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Support Technicians to serve as primary contacts for our residents, ensuring their safety and adherence to our program. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking meaningful healthcare experience while making a difference in the lives of others.

• Assist with resident intake processes, manage incoming calls, and facilitate room changes.
• Support residents in daily schedules and activities, enhancing their experience.
• Monitor resident detoxification process by regularly checking on residents according to assigned intervals.
• Conduct bag searches, random searches, and collect UDS (Urine Drug Screens) from residents as directed.
• Ensure residents comply with facility rules and guidelines.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED equivalent required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Driver’s License:
  Current, valid California driver license with a good driving record (per company discretion).

• Regular driving of company vehicles.
• Regular local travel among company locations.
• Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record), drug screening, and reference checks; ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with law and company policy.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet 24/7/365 healthcare facility needs.
