Position: TRAINING SPECIALIST with Security Clearance
Duties Help
* You will conduct research, develop and communicate project schedules, conduct conferences, manage communications with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
* You will act as Technical Point of Contact for contracted training.
* You will analyze individual and group training and development needs to monitor the effectiveness of programs.
* You will review the progress for compliance with instructors and adhere to the established practices.
* You will develop action plans to correct training deficiencies discovered during assessments. Requirements Help Conditions of employment

* You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases
* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Researching products, systems and processes including original equipment manufacturers technical publications, manuals, existing courseware and policies and doctrines;
2) Conducting needs assessments and analysis to provide recommendations for solutions related to professional/leadership development training;
3) Identifying training solutions for advanced instructional methods and techniques for conventional instructor led training, computer based training, web based training, blended training solutions and other unconventional interactive, muti-media training methods;
4) Providing technical oversight to contract requirements and accepting delivery of services/products; and
5) Determining which performance aids would be paramount for full range of training strategies (e.g., discussion, gaming, tutorial, drill practice simulation) with full range of instructional training computer videodiscs, interactive software, video telecommunication, and the print media for training aids.
