We are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA. We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support our Navy customer in Port Hueneme, CA
.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading Navy Programs with Systems Engineers and experience with Navy Combat systems.

Security Clearance

• Applicants must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

• Assist the Program Manager with the overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts.
• Lead a sub-program / Task to support a larger program that consists of multiple contractors.
• Ensure technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are met by your assigned task.
• Work with company leadership to ensure overall contract success.

• 5-10 years’ Program Management experience supporting US Navy Combat and/or Weapons Systems.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• PMP or DAWIA III in Program Management is a plus.
