Passages Malibu Rehab is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This administrative role is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining daily therapy schedules for clients, ensuring alignment with each client’s individualized treatment plan.

Location: In-Person, Port Hueneme, California

Current

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday

• Creates and maintains daily schedules for all clients
• Ensure scheduling aligns with each client’s assigned program
• Collaborate with the treatment team to create the best structure for residents
• Work with the administrator and program director on therapist schedules
• Adjust schedules with needed changes and communicate changes to clients and staff
• Assist with problem‑solving and scheduling conflicts as they arise
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled services and sessions

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Driver’s License:
  Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record (at the sole discretion of the company) required
• Must fulfill pre‑employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy
