Maintenance Scheduler

Job Summary

DT Professional Services is seeking a
Maintenance Scheduler to support our NSWC team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role coordinates and schedules vehicle maintenance activities to ensure accurate service records and timely repair of fleet assets.

• Schedule vehicle service appointments with internal shops and external repair vendors.
• Maintain and update vehicle maintenance and service records in tracking systems.
• Monitor upcoming maintenance requirements and notify appropriate personnel of due services.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and supervisors to minimize vehicle downtime and service delays.

• Active Secret clearance.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience tracking and maintaining vehicle service records and scheduling vehicle service appointments with auto repair shops.

The compensation for this position: $21.86 Hourly
