A busy and well-established restaurant in Summerstrand is looking for a skilled and reliable Chef to join its kitchen team.
Key Requirements:
Strong overall kitchen skills and food preparation ability
Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain quality during service
Good time management and organisational skills
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
Food preparation and cooking to restaurant standards
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas
Assisting with stock control and proper food storage
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
