Salary: R12 500 CTC per month
We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Officer (PCO) in the hygiene / cleaning industry with a fumigation qualification, based in the Port Elizabeth area.
Job Description:
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- Computer literate
- Valid P-number (Registered with Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries or relevant authority)
- 2+ Years experience in Pest control / hygiene industry
- Valid driver’s license (Code 8 or higher)
- Complete service tickets accurately and on time
- Manage and update the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system, including regular scanning and logging
- Maintain and update site files on a monthly basis
- Submit daily treatment reports and ensure all related documentation is properly handled
- Perform a variety of pest control services, including fumigation, blanket spraying, termite treatments, and wasp removal (ADHOC basis)
- Maintain company vehicle and pest control equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to and enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations related to pest control
- Excellent communication skills
- Must reside in Port Elizabeth
