Location: Gqeberha
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Operator to join the Coega, Port Elizabeth team,
- Maintenance of allocated machine on the production line,
- Operate allocated machine on the production line,
- Assist in routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Conduct regular checks on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Assist in identifying and reporting potential safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or necessary repairs.
- Grade 12
- N3 – N4 in Mechanical or Electrical preferred,
- At least 1 step below level of School Qualifications and an equivalent qualification is acceptable,
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge required
- Valid drivers license and own transport,
- Candidate must reside in the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area
