Toolmaker

Well-established automotive company based in Gqeberha are seeking a qualified and experience applicant to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, and fixtures
• Operate and program CNC and manual machining equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet automotive standards
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement improvements
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams

Requirements:

• Trade-tested Toolmaker or equivalent qualification
• 3+ years’ experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in CNC machining, milling, and grinding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the automotive industry
