Production Supervisor – PE

Overview

We are looking for a Production Supervisor who is passionate about ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of production workers and possess strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire their team members to achieve daily production targets. This role will also require strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that arise in the production process.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the production floor.
2. Ensure that production targets are met on a daily basis and implement strategies to improve productivity.
3. Monitor production processes to identify any issues or bottlenecks and take corrective actions as necessary.
4. Train new production workers on operating equipment and following safety protocols.
5. Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to ensure that they are functioning properly.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
7. Collaborate with other departments such as quality control and maintenance to address any production-related issues.
8. Prepare and maintain production reports and records for management review.
