FMCG Commercial Manager required in Port Elizabeth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience, essential
- Strong and proven retail/FMCG experience, is essential (ideally understanding smaller to medium size businesses)
- Strong and proven leadership skills
- Strong decision maker, with exceptional communication and negotiating skills, who presents facts
- Dynamic, results-driven, hands‑on leader, with high energy level
Key Performance Areas:
- Management presentations and relationship building
- Negotiating of contracts, legalities and all business‑related operations
- Auditing of stores
- Recognize business opportunities
- Develop business strategies
- Risk assessment and management
- Handle projects and opening up of new stores
- Driving regulatory guidelines and compliance
- Focus on long‑term company goals and growth strategies
- Manage operations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Dealing with clients and nurturing of relationships and growth
Salary: R60 000 to R80 000 per month, commensurate with experience.
