Audit Partner​/Director

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to independently manage, plan, direct, and co‑ordinate the functions of the firm to ensure that best practices are applied to produce quality work, deliver exceptional service to clients, and grow the firm’s fees while maintaining the highest professional standards.

• Registered Auditor (IRBA)
• CA(SA) qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role within an audit firm

• Ensuring audits are completed to the highest professional and ethical standards, complying with ISAs, IRBA, and SAICA requirements
• Maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication, technical excellence, and timely service delivery
• Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to strategic firm development
• Leading, mentoring, and empowering team members to achieve excellence and career growth within a supportive and collaborative culture

• Oversee and manage a diverse client portfolio
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality control requirements
• Provide strategic input into the firm’s operations, systems, and processes
• Contribute to firm‑wide leadership and business development initiatives
• Represent the firm professionally in the marketplace and within the profession

• Proven track record in audit leadership at Director or Partner level
• Excellent interpersonal and business development skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage clients, and drive firm growth
• Commitment to audit quality, professional ethics, and continuous improvement
