This is a full-time position

Job Description:

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You will lead a team of service professionals and ensure that all service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of service professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Developing and implementing service strategies to meet company goals and objectives
  • Monitoring service performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of service requests
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Handling escalated service issues and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve overall service delivery
  • Managing service budgets and expenses
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service management

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification advantageous or background in electrical and mechanical
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in a similar industry (Engineering / Construction)
  • Proven track record of managing a team and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Knowledge of service management tools and techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
