Overview
Position: IAOM Project Manager
Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team in managing the IAOM (International Association of Operative Millers) project in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, implementation, and completion of all project activities within the specified timeline and budget. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and achievement of project goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget allocationsCoordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project successManage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materialsEnsure project compliance with IAOM standards and guidelinesMonitor and track project expenses and report on budget statusLead project meetings, communicate project status, and facilitate decision-making processesPrepare and present project reports to management and stakeholdersRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldPMP certification is preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or food processing industryExperience with IAOM projects is a plusStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraintsProficiency in project management software and toolsAbility to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyThis is a full-time position based in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape.
