Overview of the role as described in the vacancy.

• Handling policy renewals and client servicing
• Advising clients on short-term insurance needs
• Requesting and finalizing quotations
• Following up on underwriting and service matters
• Building strong relationships with clients, providers & colleagues
• Attending relevant job-specific training

• NQF Level 4 Qualification (minimum) or working experience, with the option to obtain your full qualification
• RE5 Certification
• CPD up to date
• No criminal record
• Not an unrehabilitated insolvent

• Strong work ethic & ability to perform under pressure
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Marketing & sales capabilities
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Cross-functional awareness
• Computer literacy
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
