We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Support Technician with experience in ERP systems, specifically SYSPRO. The successful candidate will provide technical support, maintain system functionality, and assist users to ensure efficient business operations.
Responsibilities- Provide first and second line IT support to users, with a focus on SYSPRO ERP.
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot SYSPRO modules and related integrations.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and basic configurations.
- Manage user access, permissions, and data integrity within the ERP system.
- Provide general IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain user workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with basic network, backup, and system security support.
- Qualification in Information Technology or similar.
- 1 year experience working with ERP Systems (preferably SYSPRO).
- Understanding of IT systems, databases and networks.
