Senior Catering Manager

Fedics Healthwise Gqeberha is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Catering Manager to lead and oversee catering operations across our large healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be a strong operational leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to engage professionally with healthcare teams while ensuring the highest standards in food service delivery.

Oversee day-to-day catering operations
, including:

• Kitchen management
• Front-of-house service
• Ward hostess teams

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality meals aligned with healthcare dietary requirements.

Lead and develop catering teams to maintain excellence in service standards.

Drive operational efficiency and compliance with hygiene, safety, and healthcare regulations.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, stock control, and reporting.

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, unit leaders, and operational teams

Handle queries, resolve service issues, and promote a positive client and patient experience.

Ensure administrative processes are well-managed, accurate, and timely.
