Data Mining
- Write macros to stage charts for monitoring defects, process, and product indicators from Excel, SAP, Shopware, and Adroit databases.
- Utilize statistical techniques to determine out-of-control processes.
- Compute data efficiently and effectively into statistical graphical representations.
- Provide support for Six Sigma projects, focusing on data analysis needs.
- Assist with all Measurement System Analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Interpret data to easily identify areas requiring improvement.
- Take ownership of the calibration process.
- Utilize Shopware effectively to identify when gauges are due for service.
- Manage service records to ensure integrity and traceability of information.
- Ensure zero product defects are manufactured due to uncalibrated test equipment.
