• Mentor junior designers, shaping their eye and sharpening their craft.

• A portfolio that proves you’ve mastered both static design and motion. If your work doesn’t move, neither will we.
• 5+ years in design studios or agencies, where craft and concept collided.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and motion design workflows.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and storytelling.
• A collaborative spirit with leadership flair—someone who can design, direct, and inspire.

• Play with 3D, sound design, or generative tools.
