Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pr. QS) to join our client's dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in the built environment (Building projects such as commercial, residential and Office blocks) and the ability to manage all QS functions independently. • Execute all Quantity Surveying functions independently, including cost estimation, tender documentation, and contract administration.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and Analyze bills of quantities and other cost-related documentation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide expert advice on contractual and commercial matters.
• Utilize QS Plus International (UAE) and Cost X software for project management and cost control.
• Support principal agency and project management functions as required.

• BSc. Hons or B-Tech degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.

• SACQSP registration as a Professionally Registered Quantity Surveyor (PR. QS).
• RICS Candidate status (advantageous).

• Minimum 10 years’ experience within the built environment.
• At least 5 years’ post-Pr. QS registration experience.

• Strong commercial experience (essential).
• Proficiency in QS Plus International (UAE); experience in Dimension X & Cost X is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and general computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Principal agency/project management experience is an advantage
