Sales Manager – Engage Grade 8
Role at Evolution Group.
Responsibilities:
- Merchant Servicing, relationship and lead source management to fulfill product sales targets set.
- Management of promotional, entertainment and other spend within parameters set.
- Jointly with the National Sales Manager develop the strategy and execution plan for the sales region to meet targets.
- Deploy service models to create efficiency and lower cost of sale.
- Promote cross‑sell opportunities within the merchant base and secure market coverage/sales for the region.
- Manage sales activities to achieve qualitative metrics targeted.
- Oversee credit champion and BDO activities and output; develop and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Recruit, train, develop Credit Champions and BDOs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and operational requirements.
