Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages).
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating appointments.
- Support office staff with preparing basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, such as preparing induction documents.
- Welcome visitors and handle basic reception duties when required.
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members on ad-hoc tasks.
