Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages).
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating appointments.
  • Support office staff with preparing basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, such as preparing induction documents.
  • Welcome visitors and handle basic reception duties when required.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other team members on ad-hoc tasks.
