About the job Associate Tele-underwriting consultant
You’ll be based at our client operations division at our Port Elizabeth office. You’ll report to our team leader:
Tele-underwriting who is accountable for all our captured proposal applications and tele-underwriting functions.
You must have passed grade 12/matric with Maths literacy or NFS achievement level 3.
Your experience:
- You must have exceptional telephone skills
- Knowledge or experience in health-related terminology is preferable
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferable
Your skills and character traits:
- You are organised and have administrative skills
- You are quality driven
- You have the ability to pay attention to detail (accuracy is important)
- You have the ability to work effectively with others and contribute to the teams
- You have the ability to operate effectively under pressure
- You are task and deadline orientated
- You must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
