To provide administrative and logistical support to the ER24 Events Department.

Key Responsibility Areas
  • Organise and maintain the Case sheet processing for the Department
  • Process invoices and stock control on SAP
  • Manage and control Oxygen cylinder refills for the department
  • Inventory management
  • Control and management of assets (Capital equipment)
  • Support fleet logistics
  • Provide general office administration duties for the department
  • Distribution Of Stock
Required Education

Essential Education

Grade 12 with First Aid

Desired Education

Basic Life Support

Required Experience

Essential Minimum Experience

1-year experience in an administrative role

Desired Experience

2-years’ experience in an administrative role

Job Skills and Knowledge
  • SAP Financial System
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office package)
  • Department of Health legislations
  • HPCSA legislation relating to Paramedics
  • Case Sheet Billing process.
  • System and process flow of event stock order and store keeping
  • Oxygen cylinder safe handling
  • Solid understanding of the relationship between inventory control and operating expenditure
  • Experience in asset inventory control for capital equipment
  • Proven experience in managing and updating databases
  • Stock take planning and reporting
  • Asset inventory control
  • Strong analytical and statistical capabilities
  • Proven work experience in inventory audits
  • Risk Assessments
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients / patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team
