Site Document Controller P.E

Job description:
Site document controllers are supporting the project team in:

? Copying, scanning and storing documents on site
? Ensuring confidentiality around information available in the project documentation
? Producing document progress reports for project management
? Using computers to organize documents archive after scanning
? Ensuring documents are shared in due time (in particular with procurement and technical teams)
? Managing requests for documentation from project team members
? Questioning the current archive organization and proposing optimized archive for project better efficiency
? Implementing more efficient archive organization (as per doc controllers’ proposal)
? Assisting the project team in searching and retrieving documents

You will be required to strictly adhere to and promote safety, security guidelines, the quality policy, and environmental practices applied to your department, as well as the values charter.

Skills:
? Have previous demonstrated experience in similar position
? Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
? Be self-motivated, team-oriented, and flexible
? Be health, safety, and quality focused
? Agile, quickly adapts to changing conditions during project development
? Demonstrate initiative
? Strong communication skills with all categories of stakeholders in the project
? Administration skills
? Data organization skills / Highly organized

Qualifications & Experience:
? Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
? Experience in multicultural context
? Understanding of technical drawings
? Fluent in English, written and spoken
? Code B driver's license
