Data Entry
Job Purpose
The Data Capturer will be responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining data across company systems while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately capture and update data on internal systems and databases.
Verify source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify, correct, and report data discrepancies or errors.
Maintain organised electronic and/or manual records.
Generate basic reports as required.
Adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data capturing targets.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Proven data capturing or administrative experience (advantageous).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic to intermediate computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and data systems).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Competencies
High level of accuracy and consistency.
Time management and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and accountability.
