Responsibilities
  • Capture supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly into the accounting system
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy
  • Process payments to suppliers according to agreed payment terms
  • Reconcile supplier statements with the company’s records, ensuring any discrepancies are identified and resolved
  • Prepare weekly and monthly payment batches for approval
  • Ensure all relevant creditor documentation is filed and stored properly
  • Allocate orders
  • Assist with payroll when needed
