• Completion of secondary school is preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training in Korean-style meat cutting will be provided.
• English proficiency is required for this position.

• Transport raw meats, finished products and packaging materials throughout plant manually or with powered equipment.
• Thoroughly inspect and clean all cuts of meat according to regulations and health department standards prior to packaging.
• Sort meat by type and size, preparing various cuts of meat in preparation for packaging and label each package.
• Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack meats into bags, boxes or other containers.
• Clean work areas and meat packaging equipment.
• Check products and packaging for basic quality defects.

• $19.50 per hour, 4% vacation fee of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation, extended health benefit (after three months of employment), and meal provided at work.
• 30-40 hours per week (permanent full-time position) including evening and weekend shifts.
