Position: Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift, Tuesday to Friday, 6 am to 4 pm

Job Summary

Join our team as a Warehouse Assistant and play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this position, you’ll help manage the storage, movement, and shipping of raw materials and finished products. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will help us maintain accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service. Key Accountabilities

2nd Shift (Tuesday to Friday, 6 AM to 4 PM) – $18‑24 CAD/Hr.

  • Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking, and inspection of cartons, pallets, or parts as assigned to support the operation
  • Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork according to instructions
  • Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move/deliver stock
  • Assist machine operators with a variety of functions as required to support the operation
  • Perform general clean‑up activities
  • Maintain all equipment in working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately
  • Train others when required
  • Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives and requirements
  • Meet TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math, plus basic computer skills
  • Accurately interpret engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerances
  • Ability to use and understand scanning technology
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Requirements
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Ability to use hand‑held measuring tools
  • Experience with deburring, assembly, and hardware insertion highly desired
  • Organized, motivated, and able to stay focused on tasks; strong communication and teamwork skills required
  • Strong experience working in a job shop fabrication facility
Job Compensation

$17.81 – $24.10 per hour
