Receiver, Class 1

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Live Receiver Class 1 is responsible for transferring and loading modules from the trailer to the auto-flow system. The position is also responsible for moving trucks in the yard.

• Accountable for safely and effectively performing duties to prepare quality poultry products for our customers.
• Accountable for maintaining the cleanliness of the live shed area.
• Accountable for ensuring a safe work environment for co-workers, customers, and visitors.
• Accountable for adhering to proper animal handling practices in accordance with industry guidelines.

• Flexible to cover other shifts
• Must be able to read/write & communicate in English
• Must have Class 1 Driver’s License with Air
• Must be forklift certified and able to operate autoflow system
• Able to work in production after live receiving accountabilities.
