What You’ll Do:

Identify, plan, develop, implement, and be an ambassador for technical change.
Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between both our supply chain and retail operations teams and the technology systems that help drive their business. This includes:
Collaborating with multiple business functions and IT teams to develop and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Integrating and supporting best-in‑class enterprise‑wide applications to provide for our customers as well as our internal teams.
Helping lead, plan, and coordinate the integration and implementation of enhancements for various software applications.

Be responsible for analyzing data, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions that enhance our retail operations. As part of that function, you will:
Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and technological investment.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
Conduct systems analysis and design activities that deliver technical solutions to business opportunities.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations for various business partners that will drive our retail strategies and contribute to our company’s continued success. This involves:
Evaluating and recommending IT systems, tools, and software that align with company goals and objectives.
Preparing plans and delivery dates for work packages while managing all tasks associated with delivery.
