Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Our sub-trade client located in Coquitlam is looking to hire a Project Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their finance team. As the Project Accounts Receivable Coordinator, your role will be mainly supporting the full-cycle Accounts Receivable operation where you will be working closely with the Project Managers in setting up projects and ensuring the invoicing, progress billing, and payment postings are completed in a timely manner.

As the Project Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you possess extraordinary time management skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with both the internal and external stakeholders.
