- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do

- Schedule patients efficiently while ensuring a smooth clinical workflow

- Answer and manage patient calls with professionalism and empathy

- Handle insurance verifications to support seamless patient visits

- Utilize Epic EHR for accurate charting, documentation, and patient coordination

- Conduct Non‑Stress Tests (NSTs); C‑EFM certification preferred but not required

- Provide exceptional clinical support to providers and patients in all areas of the practice

What We're Looking For

- Valid NY State RN license

- Experience with Electronic Health Records (Epic preferred)

- Strong background in maternal, fetal, or labor & delivery nursing

- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

- A team‑focused, patient‑centered mindset

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C‑EFM)

- Prior experience in OBGYN or women's health settings

This role is based in a high‑volume OBGYN practice where teamwork, compassion, and attention to detail are essential. You'll be part of a dedicated clinical team supporting women through prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care in a welcoming and professional environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rye Brook, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
