What You’ll Earn – Our top Outside Sales Reps consistently earn $65,000–$150,000+ per year through base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.
RoleThis is a performance-driven role where your work ethic directly controls your income.
What You’ll Do- Approach and speak directly with homeowners
- Introduce our professional pest control solutions
- Build trust and educate customers
- Create and close service agreements
- Help families protect their pests
- Prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Deliver confident, professional sales presentations
- Customize solutions based on customer needs
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Enter activity and sales into our CRM
- Attend training, meetings, and coaching sessions
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Drive to hit goals and earn more
- Ability to work independently
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with 5+ years driving history
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement
