Summary

As a Sales Lead, your primary responsibility is to proactively advance and secure sales within your designated territory. You will excel by diligently servicing existing sales accounts while strategically driving incremental business growth through informed and consultative selling techniques.

In this role, you will:

• Represent the voice of the customer
• Service the needs of existing customers within the assigned territory
• Educate customers on suitable products
• Use informed selling to introduce new products and close gaps in existing distribution
• Visit accounts frequently to provide service and maximize revenue potential
• Establish an individual sales plan based on customer needs and geography for effective outreach
• Set the overall selling plan for each customer and work closely with them to understand and support their business strategies, goals, and objectives
• Follow up to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly
• When no support rep partner is assigned, manage merchandising activities such as stocking shelves and building displays
• Develop sales skills and knowledge of RNDC’s products, services, and customers
• Work nights and weekends on promotional activities and other account tasks as needed

What you bring to RNDC

• One year certificate from college or technical school (or equivalent)
• Preferred:
  Four‑year college degree
• 3–6 months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current valid state driver’s license meeting RNDC’s vehicle insurance requirements
• Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs
