Position Overview:

Selling Associate

The Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engaging customers and exhibiting a high level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
  • Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
  • Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
  • Converts returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
  • Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items.
  • Recovers cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs.”
  • Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stack to brand standards.
  • Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is on the sales floor and available for purchase.
  • Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re‑tickets and the “mark out of stock” process.
  • Executes floorset proficiently, understands and adheres to brand standards, and assists with back‑room maintenance to enable efficient replenishment.
  • Drives top‑line store sales results, maintains focus on bras, prepares for each shift by staying updated on sales and promotions, takes initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, adheres to visual merchandising standards, assists in housekeeping, maintains awareness of loss prevention, reinforces store strategy, supports a safe working environment, demonstrates company values, and builds loyalty through the rewards program.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds; frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing required.
Compensation

Minimum Salary: $15.00
Maximum Salary: $17.75

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
