Join the Grand Villa of Port Charlotte family as a Resident Care Manager and play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to lead our caregiving team and ensure the well-being of our residents in a warm, supportive environment.

• Oversee daily resident care operations, ensuring high standards of service and safety
• Supervise and support caregiving staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with residents  needs and preferences
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities
• Monitor residents  health status and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to resident care and staff activities
• Promote a welcoming and respectful atmosphere that enhances residents  quality of life

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of two years of experience working with seniors, preferably in an assisted living setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents  needs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
