Resident Care Manager
Join the Grand Villa of Port Charlotte family as a Resident Care Manager and play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to lead our caregiving team and ensure the well-being of our residents in a warm, supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily resident care operations, ensuring high standards of service and safety
- Supervise and support caregiving staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with residents needs and preferences
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities
- Monitor residents health status and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to resident care and staff activities
- Promote a welcoming and respectful atmosphere that enhances residents quality of life
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of two years of experience working with seniors, preferably in an assisted living setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents needs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
