This well-established, high-volume hearing healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Hearing Instrument Specialist to join its Port Charlotte, FL location. This opportunity is presented by a third-party recruiting partner on behalf of a nationally recognized, franchised private practice with deep roots in the hearing industry.

This is a retail-driven, performance-based role ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a sales-focused environment and enjoys working with adult patients.

• Audiologist-founded organization with decades of industry leadership
• Backed by a nationally respected hearing aid manufacturer
• Recipient of a 2025 USA Today “Most Trusted Brand” award
• Strong marketing presence, including TV advertising and major professional sports partnerships
• Busy, established office with on-site patient care coordinators and support staff
• Primarily private-pay patient base, with some third-party networks recently added

• Provide routine adult hearing evaluations and diagnostics
• Recommend and dispense hearing aids and related technology
• Deliver a high-touch, retail-oriented patient experience
• Meet performance targets and participate in regular reviews
• Serve as the primary licensed provider in the office once established

• 100% commission-based role (no base salary)
• 20% commission on all personal sales transactions
• Typical office volume: $70K–$100K+ in monthly sales
• At $70K/month, estimated annual W-2 earnings ≈ $168K
• High performers may exceed this range based on closing volume

• Will consider apprentices
• Hourly base rate plus commission on sales
