B. Andes Volunteer Community Clinic! Our Mobile Medical Clinic delivers essential, no-cost medical care directly to uninsured and underserved adults throughout Charlotte County. We’re seeking a Part-Time Mobile Medical Clinic Coordinator to help keep our clinic running smoothly while ensuring every patient experience is organized, compassionate, and dignified.
- Manage daily Mobile Clinic operations: setup, breakdown, stocking, and equipment checks.
- Provide administrative supervision of the Mobile Clinic support team.
- Support eligibility screening and patient intake when needed.
- Collaborate with the Mobile Medical Scheduler to coordinate daily, weekly, and event-based clinic services.
- Maintain operational logs, patient counts, supply inventories, and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness.
- Assist in planning and coordinating community outreach and Mobile Clinic site logistics.
- A bachelor’s degree is required in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
- 2+ years of healthcare coordination, mobile clinic operations, or medical office experience encouraged, ideally with team leadership experience.
- Administrative supervisory experience managing a team.
- Experience with patient intake or eligibility screening is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Valid Florida driver’s license; ability to travel to Mobile Clinic sites.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Part-time, 4 days per week, onsite, at the location of the Mobile Medical Clinic.
- Attend Mobile Medical Clinic staff meetings and All Staff meetings
- Occasional weekends for outreach events, with advance notice.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for clinic setup and supplies.
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients during clinic operations.
- Work primarily with the Mobile Medical Team, with outdoor exposure.
