The Surgical Tech is responsible for the set up of supplies and equipment needed for procedures and ensures instruments and equipment are sterilized and maintained in an aseptic environment under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager and the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities- Set up supplies and equipment needed for procedures
- Ensure instruments and equipment are sterilized and maintained in an aseptic environment
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2 years minimum clinical experience in Endoscopy required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
