• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
• Analyze survey data, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement and condo documents, to assess existing site conditions.
• Mentor and assist junior staff, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of project tasks.
• Prepare technical reports, studies and recommendations (hydrology/hydraulic studies, project schedules, storm sewer reports, etc.).
• Provide construction support: permit applications, quantity estimates and turning plans into reality.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to complete assignments on time and within budget.
• Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with the potential to advance into a Project Manager role.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT certification required
• At least 3 years of related experience
