Project Engineer, Civil Engineering - Land Development

- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
- Analyze survey data, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement and condo documents, to assess existing site conditions.
- Mentor and assist junior staff, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of project tasks.
- Prepare technical reports, studies and recommendations (hydrology/hydraulic studies, project schedules, storm sewer reports, etc.).
- Provide construction support: permit applications, quantity estimates and turning plans into reality.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to complete assignments on time and within budget.
- Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with the potential to advance into a Project Manager role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification required
- At least 3 years of related experience
